All our advisors are trained to give you impartial advice on suitable systems for your home viewing experience. However, due to many factors beyond our control – such as local signal levels, local buildings/trees, your property type and installation configuration – we are unable to provide an exact cost over the phone. Our advisors will explain our pricing structure before making an appointment for an installation engineer. For new aerial and satellite installations, we’re happy to provide a free, on site, no-obligation estimate.

Our engineer will give you a written quotation detailing the recommended works, and the total price inclusive of VAT. You will only pay for works we have carried out, as agreed and instructed to do so by yourself.

We provide a one year guarantee on all equipment supplied and installed by us as standard. We can also provide extended warranties on our installations for added peace of mind.
Do you have the necessary insurance to carry out installations at my home?
Our company is fully insured for every eventuality. For your peace of mind, we have cover of £5 million public liability, and £10 million employers’ liability. This is more than adequate, and typically higher than most competitors within our industry.
How do I pay you?
Payment is strictly on completion of works unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments by Amex (American Express) may carry a surcharge due to high handling fees.
What if I have a problem after installation?
If you have a problem after installation, please don’t hesitate to contact our sales office on 0844 800 5083. They will arrange for one of our engineers to re-visit your property to identify cause of the problem and find a solution.

Don’t put up with signal problems
Sometimes, TV signals completely cut out, meaning you are unable to watch anything on the box at all. Obviously, in such cases you would quickly get in touch with experts capable of conducting digital aerial repairs, satellite dish repairs and other such things.
What is Freesat?
Freesat sounds like it is just another make of Freeview box, but it is actually a totally different way of receiving digital TV, without any subscriptions. Both have certain things in common – they have many television channels to choose from, can come in both Plus and HD formats (the former allowing the user to record, pause and rewind live TV whilst the latter gives superior picture quality for those with HD ready TVs) and both need a set top box to receive signals.
Common Problems - Digital Set Box Crashed?
A common yet easily rectifiable problem when watching your favourite digital television programmes, is for your pictures to freeze or not appear, and your digital set top box (which is used for either Sky, BBC Freesat or Freeview systems) to stop responding to any commands to change the channel or enter the menu.
