Freesat, HD Box and Dish Installation

• To receive Freesat at home, you’ll need a mini dish and either a Freesat integrated TV, or a TV and separate Freesat receiver.
• Freesat requires no monthly subscription, charges or contract. 
• To receive Freesat channels, you simply need to install a new Freesat digital satellite system. 

Over the years, Freesat has launched a range of new products, giving you three main options to choose from:

Freesat SD – Freesat standard definition is the standard service/set top box. It provides all the free digital channels and radio stations that are available.

Freesat HD – Freesat has a strong focus on providing free high definition channels, and their Freesat HD equipment doesn’t disappoint. If you have a Freesat HD receiver and HD ready TV, or Freesat HD integrated TV, you can enjoy various channels and programmes in HD – with greater picture quality and Dolby Digital surround sound. Our range of Freesat HD receivers can also be connected to your broadband, allowing you to access BBC iPlayer through your TV for free.

Freesat+ – Freesat+ (also known as Freesat HDR and Freesat PVR) is the flagship system, designed for viewers who want to enjoy high definition channels, and be able to pause, rewind and pause live TV. Freesat+ also features BBC iPlayer, and is the most popular system for those who want complete control of the programmes they watch.
