We recently had some work carried out by your company and I wish to send you some feedback. I contacted Aerialforce last thursday to enquire whether they could install a satellite dish on the roof of our premises and within hours the engineer, Jay, had visited our building and completed the site survey, we found him very helpful and endeavoured to meet all our requirements.
We did face some issues regarding the location of the dish as the cabling had to be run internally, after discussing this with our landlords we came up with an alternative plan and requested Jay to come back the following day so we could make sure this wouldn't cause him any problems. Within these two visits, all paperwork for our landlord was completed, ie: Work Permit, Risk Assessment, Method Statement etc, and he was able to book the install in for the following Monday.
He arrived promptly Monday morning and commenced the install immediately, he worked extremely hard on what turned out to be quite a long job due to the amount of cabling needed. The install was completed and connected to our Sky Box by the afternoon and works perfectly well.
Overall we are extremely impressed and happy with the level of service we received from your company and would recommend you to others.

On 9th March 2010, we obtained your contact details from your website and, following that, phoned your office to discuss our requirements further.
We were very impressed in the manner in which the enquiry was handled. Your engineer, Nigel K, telephoned us, as advised, when he was near to our location. I would like to put on record my sincere thanks to your excellent staff for fitting a new digital aerial at our house on Christmas eve. It successfully resolved the problem fo our old coaxial cable filling up a bucket of water in our living room!!
Tony, the first engineer, was unfortunately unable to fit the aerial without a 2 man team. However, he spent considerable time and effort assessing the roof and trying to find a solution for us.
Darren and Grant, after a number of attempts, finally managed to fit the digital aerial. It was quite apparent that our roof was a difficult roof for your staff to access and install the aerial on. Darren and Grant did an excellent job in a challenging environment. Naturally we now receive fantastic television reception.
All the installers we encountered were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have around the house. The management team should be extremely proud of the their excellent engineers.

Superb service is all I can say! I have had several other companies tell me I cannot get freeview. Your team provided great advice on the telephone and also an alternative to freeview due to it not being available where I live. I booked for an engineer to come out and provide me with prices for freesat, but you managed to get the freeview signal and now I have great digital television channels, which I wanted in the first place. The installation was neat and your engineer was very tidy. Exceptional service!

Installed a digital tv aerial at my home and I am now able to receive freeview digital television. The engineer attempted to repair my tv aerial but was advised upon diagnosis, that although the aerial is ok for analogue, an upgrade will be required to receive the full benefit of freeview. The repair cost was not charged and I am happy with the service and the channels I now receive.

Very good service. We were contacted by telephone and were able to make an appointment on Saturday morning only four days after the original post which was ideal. The installer was polite, articulate and tidy. Costs and options were clearly explained. The only negative is that he was running late on the day, but we were telephoned by head office to let us know what was happening. We would recommend the company to tohers.
