Are you members of an association or government funded body?
Aerialforce are proud to be voluntary members of both the RDI-LB (Registered Digital Installers Licensing Body) and the IDSC (Independent Digital Standards Commission). Our membership to these schemes provide peace of mind for every customer, displaying codes of practice and standards of care are adhered to at all times.

Is all your work guaranteed?
We provide a one years guarantee as standard on all equipment supplied and installed by us.

Do you have the necessary insurance to carry out installations at my home?
Our company is fully insured for every eventuality. For your peace of mind, we have cover of £5 million public liability, and £10 million employers liability. This is more than adequate, and typically higher than most competitors within our industry.

You advertise ‘Free Estimates’ on your website, is this for all yourwork?
We provide a free on site estimate service for new aerial installations, including system upgrades such as new television points etc. We are unable to provide free estimates for diagnostic work or the installation of any satellite system, as this will require a site survey. However, the site survey is not payable if you proceed with the installation whilst the engineer is at your property.

How do I go about arranging an appointment?
You can contact us either by email by using our online contact form, or alternatively, call us direct on 0800 0224420. Our sales office is open Monday – Saturday.

Can I arrange an appointment for a time that suits me?
All our bookings are done so on a prebooked time allocation basis. We are unable to offer an exact time of when one of our qualified engineers will be able to attend your property due to many factors, including traffic, complications on other installations etc. However, we can typically narrow down your booking to a 3 hour window (for example, 9am – 12pm), and we will always call you approximately 30 minutes before the engineer is due to arrive.

I would like to know the exact cost before making a booking?
All our advisors are trained to provide you with impartial advice on suitable systems for your home viewing experience. However, due to many factors beyond our control, such as local signal levels, local buildings/tree’s, the property type and installation configuration, we are unable to provide an exact cost over the telephone. Our advisors will be able to provide you with a guide to the pricing structure prior to making an appointment for an installation engineer. For new aerial installations, we can provide a free on site no obligation estimate.

Can I have an aerial or satellite dish installed in my loft?
It is possible to install digital television aerals in the loft of a property, however, this is usually against our recommendations as 99% of these type of installations do suffer a significant loss in signal. We do advise for the best signal possible, to have the aerial installed on the exterior of the property.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a satellite dish installed on the interior of a property, as no signal will be received.

Do you price match?
We will do our best to price match on a like for like basis. The competitors quotation must be from a reputable company, and provided in writing prior to any works being carried out. We will not price match against a verbal quotation (where the company has not visited your property), or after we have provided an installation.

Are there any hidden costs?
Our engineer will provide you with a written quotation detailing the recommended works to be carried out, and the total price, inclusive of VAT. You will only pay for works we have carried out, as agreed and instructed to do so by yourself.

How do I pay for your services?
Payment is strictly on completion of any works carried out. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash or cheque. Payments by Amex (American Express) may carry a surcharge due to high handling fee’s.

What if I have a problem after installation?
If you have a problem after installation, please do not hesitate to contact our sales office on 0800 0224420 who will arrange for one of our engineers to re-visit your property and determine the cause of the problem with a view to rectifying.
